A Little of This, A Little of That

Driving home, turning into our lake community, there's always something that captures my eye and delights me.  On this particular late afternoon, I stopped alongside the ponds to snap a few pictures:

                        This very busy spider was quickly constructing a web right before my eyes.

Not far from home, I passed this Red-Tailed Hawk, perched on a utility pole.  I quickly did a U-turn to not pass up this photo opportunity!
