Birds In Flight

Our friends Rick and Carol have an assortment of finches, woodpeckers, chickadees and other birds that visit their backyard feeders.  I spent time recently trying to capture them, particularly while they were in flight.  Here are a few.

The great egret of my first posting in August still remains my most favorite 'bird in filght' image of the season.
